This policy explains what information Otis Graphics Wraps & Signs collects through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep this simple: we're a local vehicle wrap and graphics shop, not an ad network, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

Information we collect

When you submit our Get a Quote or Contact forms, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, and project details (vehicle or surface type, description of the work you want done). We only collect this when you choose to send it to us — nothing is gathered automatically just by browsing the site.

How we use it

We use this information for exactly one purpose: to respond to your request, put together a quote, and follow up about your project. We don't add you to a marketing list or share your details with advertisers.

Third-party services we rely on

• Cloudflare — our forms submit directly to a Cloudflare Workers endpoint we operate, which emails your message to our inbox and sends you a confirmation. Cloudflare processes the message in transit and does not store it long-term on our behalf; seeCloudflare's own privacy policyfor details on how they handle data in transit.
• Google Maps — our Contact page embeds a Google Map showing our shop location. Loading that map may set cookies controlled by Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.
• Google Places — the reviews shown on our homepage are pulled from our public Google Business listing. This happens when we build the site, not when you visit it — no information about you is sent to Google by viewing our reviews.

Cookies and tracking

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't set any cookies of our own. The only cookies you might encounter come from the embedded Google Map above, per Google's policies, not ours.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote and contact messages only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver the project. We don't keep a permanent marketing database of past inquiries.

Your rights

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and adults arranging vehicle graphics work — it isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
