These terms cover how you can use this website and what to expect when you request a quote fromOtis Graphics Wraps & Signs. By browsing this site or submitting a form, you're agreeing to them.

Quotes and estimates

Anything you receive through our Get a Quote form, by phone, or by email is an estimate based on the information you gave us. Final pricing is confirmed once we've seen the vehicle or surface in person (or reviewed detailed photos/specs) — actual condition, size, and material choices can change the price from the initial estimate.

Scheduling and project work

Installation dates are scheduled once a quote is accepted and are subject to shop availability. We'll let you know as early as possible if a delay comes up (material backorders, weather affecting an outdoor install, etc.).

Website content and portfolio

The photos, project descriptions, and business names shown in our Portfolio are real work we've completed, shared with the client's knowledge. If you'd rather your project not be shown publicly, let us know and we'll remove it.

Everything else on this site — text, layout, and design — belongs to Otis Graphics Wraps & Signs unless otherwise noted, and shouldn't be copied or reused without asking us first.

Using this site

Use this site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and requesting a quote. Don't scrape, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the site or its forms.

No guarantee of results

We stand behind our installs, but this website itself — its content and any information on it — is provided as-is, without guarantees about uninterrupted availability or that it's error-free.

Third-party links

Links to our Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps listing take you to services we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you're there — see our Privacy Policyfor more on the third-party services this site uses.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, where Otis Graphics Wraps & Signs operates.
